Cancellation Policy for Online Tour

  1. Changes and cancellations by clients

    Clients must contact us to change or cancel the purchased trip 4 hours prior to fixed schedule. In such cases, a full refund (deposit or full payment) will be made. (All changes are subject to availability, limitations and restrictions of all the relevant tours and admission schedules.)
    If you have a booking for any of our tours or services but fail to show up without any previous notice, you will not be entitled to any refund from us.

  2. Changes and cancellations by tour guide or related supplier

    Occasionally we may have to make changes to your booking. This situation will be quite rare and we will advise you of the changes as soon as we can before your journey begins.
    If there are any significant changes, you will be notified in advance and offered a choice of an alternative comparable trip (if available) or full refund on your request.
